Personal
I am an experienced real estate professional who knows results matter — whether I'm representing a home buyer or seller. My commitment to excellence results in trust and loyalty among my clients. Known for my professionalism, real estate knowledge, and a high degree of ethics, I have established my business throughout the Hawaiian Islands with a specialty in Oahu’s luxury market.
For more than 25 years, I have been able to continually produce superior results in a changing and competitive market. In recognition of my 2006 performance, I was the first sales associate in my company to earn the national distinction of Coldwell Banker’s Society of Excellence for my significant achievement in sales production. To date, I am one of only four sales associates in Hawaii who received this distinction. I have consistently received Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Premier award, ranking among the top 1% both nationally and locally.
In 2016 I was a top producer for Coldwell Banker and am an eleven-time recipient of the Hawaii Business Top 100 realtors since this program began in 2006. I generously share my knowledge with my colleagues and enjoy mentoring and training agents. In 2015, I was awarded the prestigious Founder’s Award, presented to the sales associate “who best exemplifies the foundation which our company represents, demonstrating a positive spirit, a high degree of professionalism and lives our Core Values daily.” And, I have been awarded on three occasions the “Agent’s Agent” award, which is voted on by my fellow sales associates and given to the associate “whom you would most like to be like.”I have been a panel member of the Professional Standards and Arbitration Committee for the Honolulu Board of Realtors® for a total of six years. This panel hears arbitration and ethics disputes from members of the public as well as agents and Brokers. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, I was a paralegal for a law firm in San Francisco and bring a strong background in contracts and problem-solving to my real estate practice.
I bring the same intensity to all areas of my life. Among my many pastimes, is a passion for ballroom dance, and prior to the long hours in real estate, was an active participant in our local Community Theatre. I also enjoy my King Charles Cavaliers and traveling with my husband, whenever time allows.
